Staffright are proud to be recruiting for our prestigious clients based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, for support workers to assist with their service which assists children and young adults who have autism lead a fulfilling life. We can offer a basic starting salary of £11.20 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay, paid weekly.

For the right candidates we can offer full time hours, worked flexibly around your availability. Our client is also interested in offering full time roles to candidates who show dedication and passion for the role.

The ideal candidates will have experience supporting those with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenges. Full driving licence is required. If you are currently a support worker looking for a new, exciting challenge, then training will be given to upskill your knowledge to support these clients.

The ideal candidate will have:
· Experience supporting adults or children with Autism
· A clear DBS check that is on the update service
· An ability to provide excellent levels of care and support
· A work ethic that promotes choice, dignity and respect in all aspects of your work
· Be able to adhere to care plans and passing on relevant information to senior staff
· Good communication and record keeping abilities
· Full UK driving licence

In return for this you will receive:

· Free training
· £11.20 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay, paid weekly
· Free DBS check after qualifying period if required
