About the Role: 

We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to support maintenance and refurbishment projects across our hotels. You will carry out a wide range of painting, decorating and general property maintenance tasks to keep our buildings looking their best.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Complete internal and external painting, decorating and surface preparation tasks.
• Use power tools for sanding, cleaning and preparing surfaces.
• Carry out minor repairs including plastering, carpentry and brickwork.
• Mix paints and apply decorative finishes using brushes, rollers or spray equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and company procedures.
• Participate in training and development activities.

Who You Are: 

• Experienced in painting, decorating or general property maintenance.
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Bonus: trade qualifications such as NVQ, City & Guilds, or Asbestos Awareness.
