Job Title: Dental Practice Manager - Maternity Cover (with view to permanent)

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 08:15 - 17:30

Friday: 08:15 - 14:15

Option to work 4 days a week for the right candidate

We are a well-established, friendly dental practice seeking an experienced and organised Practice Manager to cover maternity leave starting in August 2025, with a view to becoming a permanent role for the right person.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and lead the day-to-day running of a busy, patient-focused practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the practice

Lead and support the dental team, including scheduling and HR management

*

Manage compliance with CQC, GDC, and health & safety regulations

*

Oversee patient care standards and ensure a high-quality experience

*

Handle financial processes, including budgets, payroll, and stock control

*

Liaise with suppliers, external partners, and regulatory bodies

About You:

*

Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar management role

*

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

*

A solid understanding of CQC compliance and dental industry regulations

*

Proficient in practice management software (e.g. SOE/Exact) is desirable

*

Calm under pressure, proactive, and solutions-focused
