We are looking for a Nursery Practitioner (level 3) to join a lovely setting in St Albans. Located in a unique listed building with space over two floors, there is a large, recently renovated outdoor area with an impact-absorbing play surface. Rooms have access to the outside area and children are able to play outside whatever the weather, all year round.
The nursery is close to the city centre and easily reached by train, bus or car; there is a private car parking available on site.
The nursery itself has been purposefully designed to provide a light and airy space for the children to learn and grow in a safe a secure environment. Each room is divided into classroom areas, rich with resources and with the very best facilities.
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children from birth to 5 years.

- Delivering exceptional care and supervision to children
- Planning and implementing stimulating activities in line with the EYFS
- Building strong relationships with parents and guardians
- Observing and assessing children's development
- Recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic and nurturing attitude
- Understanding of the EYFS framework
