Shift Patterns (Rotational):

07:00 - 15:00
09:00 - 17:00
11:00 - 19:00🎯 Role Purpose The role supports the day-to-day operations of a busy transportation and logistics department, with responsibilities including:

Rapid identification and resolution of transport-related issues.
Accurate collation and management of documentation, such as delivery notes and manifests.
Maintenance of up-to-date and accessible files and records.
Regular use of email and phone for communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
Re-booking of missed orders or transport loads.
Performing a variety of administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
Escalating issues to relevant supervisors or coordinators as needed.
Maintaining and developing strong relationships with customers and logistics partners.
Working closely with UK and European transport teams to ensure transport plans are executable.📌 Required Experience & Skills
Experience in supply chain operations, preferably in a retail context.
Background in office-based administration.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure.Desirable:

Knowledge of transport logistics.
Experience in international or European logistics coordination.
Familiarity with asset-light or third-party logistics models
