We're looking for a Finance Business Partnering Manager to join our evolving finance function and play a key role in supporting strategic decision‑making across our central functions.

This role partners directly with senior leaders across areas such as HR, IT, Sales & Marketing and Commercial. You'll lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and insight for the corporate centre while also owning group‑wide indirect cost analysis as part of the FP&A team.

What You'll Be Doing

Partner with corporate centre leaders to provide financial insight, challenge, and support across strategic and operational decisions.
Lead monthly performance reporting, clearly explaining variances and cost drivers.
Manage forecasting and budgeting cycles for both corporate functions and group‑wide indirect costs.
Provide financial modelling and analytical support for key initiatives and business cases.
Own indirect cost trend analysis, identifying meaningful movements and providing actionable insight.
Develop improved reporting and analytical frameworks to enhance transparency and understanding of overheads.
Line‑manage and coach a direct report, supporting their development and growth.
Deliver ad‑hoc financial analysis as required.

About You

You're a proactive, commercially minded finance professional who is confident influencing senior stakeholders and enjoys driving meaningful insight.

You'll bring:

Qualified accountant status (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

Experience working in a complex organisational or multi‑stakeholder environment

Excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge constructively

A continuous improvement mindset and passion for enhancing processes

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines

A collaborative approach and confidence working cross‑functionally
