Senior Planning Officer - Wales | 5-5-4 Shift

Volantes Technical Recruitment are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Officer to support aircraft maintenance planning within a Part-145 environment, working a 5-5-4 shift pattern.

Key responsibilities include:

Co-chairing aircraft pre-input meetings with maintenance management

*

Reviewing and planning incoming maintenance work scopes

*

Creating, staging, and managing work orders

*

Project managing aircraft inputs to ensure efficient turnaround times

*

Coordinating with CAMOs on work packages, work orders, and planning processes

*

Managing technical records and publications

*

Supporting and guiding junior team members where needed

Requirements:

*

5+ years' experience in aircraft maintenance planning within an airline or MRO environment

*

Some team support or supervisory experience advantageous

*

Strong knowledge of EASA and CAA Part-M and Part-145 regulations

*

Highly organised with strong commercial awareness

*

Confident communicator able to manage multiple stakeholders

*

Advanced MS Excel skills

*

MS Project experience advantageous

*

Fluent in English
