Hours: 39 hours per week - Double Day Shift Pattern

Monday-Thursday: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 (weekly rotation)

Friday: 06:00-13:00 / 13:00-20:00

Due to increased workload, we are recruiting a Visual Inspection Operative to join a well-established automotive manufacturing company.

This role involves the inspection of components in batches, identifying any faults, imperfections, or defects to ensure products meet strict quality standards. It would suit candidates who are detail-focused, methodical, and comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks.

Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Visually inspecting components in batches to identify faults or imperfections

Checking products against quality standards and specifications

Making clear pass/fail decisions based on inspection criteria

Recording inspection results accurately where required

Following work instructions and quality procedures

Maintaining a clean and organised working area

What We're Looking For:

Experience in production, inspection, or quality roles is beneficial

Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot small defects

Good manual dexterity when handling small components

Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks

Confident in making decisions and working to set standards

Reliable and able to work as part of a team

Suitable Backgrounds May Include:

Production or manufacturing roles

Quality inspection or checking roles

Assembly or small parts handling

Automotive or precision manufacturing environments

This role involves repetitive inspection work and requires a high level of concentration and consistency.
