Clinical Account Manager

Home based role; based at home with travel as and when required

Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 37 hours

We are looking for a proactive Clinical Account Manager to manage and develop clinical service accounts in the UK.

You will build strong customer relationships, analyse service trends, improve engagement, and identify opportunities to enhance service contracts.

Collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure high service standards and refine contract management and issue resolution. You may also represent the company at trade events to promote products and stay informed on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client needs, market trends, and business goals to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in clinical organisations.
  • Lead solution development, coordinating company resources to meet client needs.
  • Manage client revenue and margins to achieve growth targets.
  • Plan mutual objectives and milestones with clients, conducting quarterly reviews.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating internal support and resolving issues.
  • Oversee contract renewals, price adjustments, and post-sale follow-ups.
  • Analyse data to identify service trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Track retention, sales forecasting, and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide monthly reports on client activities and forecasts.

General requirements for the role:

We are looking for someone who is energetic, self motivated and curious with a sense of personal pride and motivation.

Being able to demonstrate the following attributes will also be advantageous:
  • Management experience in a related service industry or proven success as an Account Manager.
  • Strong PC skills, including CRM software, pipeline management, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Salesforce for tracking and forecasting account activities.
  • Ability to sell in medium to long sales cycles, with strong understanding of financials and profitability.
  • Skilled in interpreting data and using it to drive decisions.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, goal-setting, and business/financial planning.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
