This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly skilled fabrication team, working on complex, high-spec components where precision and quality are critical.

You'll play a key role in producing bespoke sheet metal parts to exacting standards, working with both traditional and exotic materials in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

The Role

As a Fine Limit Sheet Metal Worker, you will be responsible for manufacturing precision components to tight tolerances, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship throughout.

Key responsibilities include:

* Bending, cutting, pressing, riveting, and forming sheet metal components

* Marking out, measuring, assembling, deburring, stretching, and inspecting parts

* Working with aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel

* Interpreting engineering drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions

* Setting and operating fabrication machinery (fly press, brake press, linisher)

* Ensuring all tools, jigs, and fixtures are maintained and fit for purpose

* Hand-forming prototype panels and bespoke components from flat sheet metal

* Carrying out finishing processes including drilling, trimming, filing, and grinding

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-driven professional with a strong background in precision fabrication.

You will have:

* Extensive experience in fine limit sheet metal work

* A strong understanding of fabrication processes and component assembly

* Experience working within the aerospace or defence sectors

* Proven ability in hand forming and working with complex geometries

* Experience working with exotic materials such as titanium and Inconel

* The ability to work to tight tolerances and high-quality standards
