The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with customer enquiries and providing a right first time service to support their needs. The Key Duties of the Customer Relations Advisor

• Engaging with customers to ensure the right outcome
• Cover cashier desks and carry out transactional activities on behalf of customers
• Dealing with outbound and inbound calls
• Booking reviews for customers
• Provide support for vulnerable customers
• Recommend relevant products to customers

The Key Requirements of the Customer Relations Advisor

• Customer facing experience within hospitality, retail or office based roles.
• Ability to actively listen to customer needs.
• Upselling experience required
• Represent the company behaviours: be accountable, be curious, be collaborative, be brave.
