Overview:We are currently seeking an experienced Timetabling Manager to join a well-established institution on an interim basis. This is a key role supporting the delivery of high-quality academic timetables and ensuring smooth coordination across departments during a period of transition.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the production and maintenance of academic timetables across departmentsManage room bookings and scheduling for teaching and non-teaching activitiesLiaise with academic and professional services staff to resolve clashes and optimise space usageSupport data quality improvements and ensure timetabling aligns with institutional policiesProvide guidance and support to timetabling staff and stakeholdersContribute to process reviews and system improvementsEssential Skills & Experience:Proven experience in academic timetabling within a UK higher education settingStrong working knowledge of timetabling systems (e.g. Scientia, Syllabus Plus, CELCAT, CMIS)Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlinesExperience with space management and utilisation reporting is desirable
