Day-to-day of the role: - Support classroom teachers in delivering educational material and engaging activities.
- Assist in preparing learning resources and setting up equipment needed for daily activities.
- Work directly with students, providing individual support and feedback to foster their academic and social development.
- Monitor and support student behaviour in the classroom and other school areas.
- Participate in school meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience in a teaching assistant role or similar educational position is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
- A proactive and compassionate approach to student learning and wellbeing.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
