Brief description:
Special school seeks an experienced SEN Teacher to deliver tailored learning for pupils with complex needs.

About the school:
A large foundation special school for ages 4-19, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Speech and Language Communication Needs (SLCN), Severe and Profound Learning Difficulties (SLD/PMLD), and physical disabilities. The school offers pathway-based provision and a strong focus on personal development.

About the role:
You will lead a class team to plan and deliver highly differentiated lessons across EYFS to Post-16, integrating therapy advice and communication strategies. The role includes supporting life skills, independence, and accredited learning routes.

We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:

Create engaging, personalised learning plans aligned with EHCP targets
Foster positive behaviour and communication using structured approaches
Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and families
Assess and track progress effectivelyRequirements -
The ideal candidate would have:

QTS/QTLS with proven SEN teaching experience
Knowledge of AAC, sensory integration, and life-skills curricula
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
