Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Working Pattern:

  • Training Period: 5 days in the office
  • Post-Training: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Pay Rate: £16.41/hour
  • Permanent Salary (if offered): £32,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Works Coordinator to join our team on a 3-month temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in planning or coordinating within the housing or construction sector.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth scheduling and coordination of works, liaising with internal teams and external contractors to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule works efficiently
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Monitor progress and update relevant systems
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards
  • Support reporting and documentation processes

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in planning/coordinating roles, ideally within housing or construction
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with office-based work and local to the office
  • Available to start immediately
