- Training Period: 5 days in the office
- Post-Training: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Pay Rate: £16.41/hour
- Permanent Salary (if offered): £32,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Works Coordinator to join our team on a 3-month temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in planning or coordinating within the housing or construction sector.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth scheduling and coordination of works, liaising with internal teams and external contractors to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule works efficiently
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor progress and update relevant systems
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards
- Support reporting and documentation processes
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in planning/coordinating roles, ideally within housing or construction
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with office-based work and local to the office
- Available to start immediately
