A local authority based in Derby is looking for an experienced recruiter to contribute to delivering the end to end recruitment process; build and maintain excellent relationships with managers and external customers. You will also co-ordinate all offers of employment, advertise roles and liaise with our external advertising partners. You'll assist with interviews and pre-screen appointed candidates.

This exciting role will also see you act at as a business partner, you will liaise with hiring managers to create resource plans that deliver results. You'll also help deliver training to managers and continually advise throughout the recruitment cycle.

This is an immediate requirement that will be ongoing - you will work a 37 hour week and earn £14.15 an hour inside IR35.
