Operations Manager (Customer Service and Billing)

Location: Hybrid (Cambridgeshire - 3 days per week)

* Oversee relevant reporting and compliance

* Line management

* Continuous improvement of processes

* Operational team management experience

* Utilities experience would be highly advantageous
