Complaints Handler

We are looking for a Complaints Handler, who can resolve and report on complaints and claims received for our client, providing the highest level of customer experience and deliver fair and justified customer outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Thorough investigation and response of complaints
- Interaction through telephone and written communications
- Adhering to regulatory obligations
- Liaison with the Financial Ombudsman Services
- Root cause analysis and presentation of management information as required
- Assistance to the Team Leader and other business areas as required
- Maintain good relationships with key business areas
Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years of Complaint Handling within an FCA regulated environment
- High level understanding of CONC, DISP, MCOBS, BCOBS and CCA regulations
- Exemplary standard of written and verbal output
- Complaint handling including Section 75 claims
- Experience in collating Root Cause analysis
- Demonstration of business improvements made as a result of complaint feedback
- Experience in Financial Ombudsman Service liaison and case management
