We are looking for a Complaints Handler, who can resolve and report on complaints and claims received for our client, providing the highest level of customer experience and deliver fair and justified customer outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Thorough investigation and response of complaints
  • Interaction through telephone and written communications
  • Adhering to regulatory obligations
  • Liaison with the Financial Ombudsman Services
  • Root cause analysis and presentation of management information as required
  • Assistance to the Team Leader and other business areas as required
  • Maintain good relationships with key business areas

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years of Complaint Handling within an FCA regulated environment
  • High level understanding of CONC, DISP, MCOBS, BCOBS and CCA regulations
  • Exemplary standard of written and verbal output
  • Complaint handling including Section 75 claims
  • Experience in collating Root Cause analysis
  • Demonstration of business improvements made as a result of complaint feedback
  • Experience in Financial Ombudsman Service liaison and case management
