SALARY: £22,000 per annum Live In Accommodation/Package Available

The Place

The hotel is a traditional Scottish inn built in 1838, offering accommodation with a contemporary feel – subtle colours have been used throughout to create a warm and relaxing mood to complement the age and style of the building.

The Job 

You will be managing the operational departments of the property, and will continually improve productivity, food quality, service and increasing sales and profit throughout the Inn. You will support the effective operational management team and will work with the heads of department in achieving the revenue and guest satisfaction targets. You will be fully responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience; you will be highly visible in the front of house operation and will spend time communicating with your guests in this high end corporate & leisure driven environment.

The Person

The successful candidate will demonstrate a background within a quality environment and will have been operating at management level. Candidates applying for this role need to clearly demonstrate within their CV progression and stability within their career.

The Rewards

A competitive salary of c.£22,000 + Live In Package await the successful candidate.
