Sales Advisor

To £25K base, OTE £40-50K, immediate monthly uncapped commission & bonus, competitive base salary

The Sales Recruitment Network is seeking a sales advisor to sell direct to consumers on behalf of a leading retail furniture chain. Base salary to £25K (DOE), plus guaranteed & uncapped personal commission on all sales, plus bonus package to give a realistic OTE of £40-50K.

My client is a reputable UK brand selling high quality sofas and furniture.

This position is a showroom-based sales role and will entail talking to customers and helping them choose the perfect piece of furniture for their home.

You will ideally have direct sales experience in a competitive environment, coupled with bags of energy and lots of enthusiasm. You will be good with people, outgoing, friendly, have a positive 'can do’ attitude and have the drive to succeed.

My client is open seven days a week so flexibility regarding working Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays, is required, with 1 in 5 weekends off. In return you will receive acompetitive base salary plus guaranteed generous commission on your personal sales plus additional incentives and bonuses based on performance.
