As a Trainee Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include…

* Supporting sales activities for allocated developments and much more

* Undertake the training program to become a top tier sales advisor

* Booking appointments, meeting clients & showing them around show homes

* Dealing with the reservation process and completions

* Working cohesively with other departments across the company

* Maintaining the customer hub and show homes on the development

We are looking for a Trainee Sales Advisor with the following skills and experience…

* Experience within property or customer service advantageous

* Strong customer service focus, and rapport/relationship building skills

* Able to build relationships across functions, internally and externally

* Minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C or above is preferred

* Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is required

* A good understanding of Microsoft packages, including Excel and Word

In return, the successful Trainee Sales Advisor will receive a basic salary of up to £23,000 with an OTE of £30,000, plus the following benefits…

* 35 hour working week (Thursday - Monday)
