Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking passionate and flexible SEN Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Havering on a supply basis. Whether you're looking for daily cover or something more long-term, we have opportunities to suit your availability.

What We're Looking For: -
Prior experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs, especially Autism.

Confidence working 1:1 and in small groups (phonics and/or SATs support experience is a bonus).

Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.

Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.

Familiarity with IEPs, EHCPs, and child development milestones.
Essential Requirements: -
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Right to work in the UK.

A full CV covering all work since leaving education.

Two recent professional references.

Overseas Police Check (if applicable).
