ProgressionResponsibilities for an Mechanical Design Engineer

Take responsibility for the design, sourcing, supply, and commissioning of bespoke HVAC solutions across both commercial and residential projects.
Develop energy-efficient HVAC and heat pump designs tailored to specific project requirements.
Research, assess, and recommend new technologies and product lines to enhance system performance and offerings.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver compliant, efficient, and cost-effective system solutions.
Contribute to the development and improvement of internal design processes and best practices.
Maintain clear, well-organised documentation for designs, proposals, and supplier coordination.
Support business growth by contributing to the acquisition of new projects and clients.
Requirements for an Mechanical Design Engineer

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong understanding of air conditioning, heat pump, and CO₂-based technologies.
