Salary: £57,000 (Up to £78,000 (inclusive of performance-related bonuses)

Your Role

As Registered Childrens Home Manager, you'll be responsible for the full operational leadership of a children's home, ensuring outstanding care and a safe, nurturing environment where young people can heal, grow, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a high-performing residential care team
Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and care standards
Drive trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices
Liaise with multi-agency professionals to deliver holistic care
Manage safeguarding, risk, and care planning procedures
Promote the home internally and externally with key stakeholders
Monitor and report on key performance indicators
Support wider organisational projects and service developmentWhat We're Looking For

A child-focused leader with a passion for positive outcomes
At least 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager (or existing Registered Manager experience)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A deep understanding of trauma-informed care and therapeutic practices
A commitment to continuous improvement and team developmentWhat We Offer
