The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading M&E contractor, delivering a high-profile residential project in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in a £5m+ electrical package, from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the electrical delivery on a large-scale residential project.
• Coordinate with mechanical, construction, and design teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage labour, materials, and subcontractors on-site.
• Attend and lead project and client meetings as required.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover phases.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E contracting sector.
• Proven track record delivering residential projects with electrical values of £5m+.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and project delivery.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred.
• Ability to start immediately or within short notice.
