What You'll Be Doing: Join our team as a Clinical Psychologist and play a key role in improving the lives of children and young people with autism and neurodevelopmental conditions. In this role, you will:
· Conduct specialist psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments
· Lead diagnostic discussions and formulate treatment recommendations
· Deliver evidence-based individual and group interventions
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
· Provide consultation, training, and support to professionals and carers
· Ensure high-quality, child-centred care and safeguarding compliance
· Engage in clinical supervision, service evaluation, research, and innovation
Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
· Doctoral-level qualification in Clinical Psychology
· Current and valid HCPC registration
· Extensive experience with autism assessment and diagnosis
· Strong formulation and intervention skills
· Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
· Knowledge of neurodevelopmental conditions and affirming practices
· A passion for improving child and family wellbeing through evidence-based care
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This is a permanent, full-time position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with hybrid working available. You'll join a dynamic, forward-thinking autism service with opportunities for ongoing development and training.
