• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, or internal teams to support smooth operations.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock control processes.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Support the warehouse team with day-to-day tasks as needed.

The candidate

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics administration.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
