THE ROLE - 1:1 Behaviour Mentor

As a 1:1 Behaviour Mentor, you will provide targeted support to a pupil with behavioural needs, helping them to manage their emotions, improve social interactions, and engage positively with their learning environment. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and families to develop strategies and monitor progress. A patient, empathetic, and consistent approach is key for this role.
