What you will get in your new role

* Competitive hourly rates from £12 - £18 depending on assignment

Responsibilities in your new role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for carrying out kitchen work as directed by the head of the department for each client. You will have a passion for food and produce high-quality meals for customers whilst maintaining an immaculate kitchen and cleaning all equipment after use in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

You should have experience in a variety of venues at Chef de Partie level, preferably within fine dining or high-end establishments. Food safety and hygiene certificates are desirable but not essential as training can be provided. We would be delighted to speak to enthusiastic individuals who take pride in their work and strive to provide outstanding hospitality experiences.
