The Role - Behaviour Mentor

You will work closely with the class teachers, SENCO, and pastoral staff to support pupils with behavioural challenges, many of whom have social, emotional, or mental health (SEMH) needs.This role involves delivering individualised behaviour interventions, helping pupils develop emotional regulation strategies, and fostering positive relationships both inside and outside the classroom. The ideal candidate will be calm, empathetic, resilient, and proactive in approach.
