Are you a ServiceNow professional ready to take the next step into a more administrative and strategic role? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ServiceNow Administrator to join our dynamic team and help bridge the gap between IT and business operations.

Who We're Targeting

This role is ideal for ServiceNow professionals looking to step into a more administrative position-someone who's ready to expand beyond technical execution and take ownership of platform management, stakeholder coordination, and business analysis.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our team, you'll be the go-to person for managing and optimizing our ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing ServiceNow operations and acting as the liaison between IT and business teams.
Coordinating with stakeholders to drive progress and ensure alignment.
Providing technical support, triaging incidents, and escalating issues as needed.
Supporting UAT activities, including basic script writing, deployment, and reporting.
Translating business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Monitoring and escalating unresolved actions.
Developing analytics, monitoring SLAs, and identifying trends.
Offering business analysis support for ad-hoc projects.
Occasionally stepping into minor project management roles.

What You Bring to the Table

We're looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also a great communicator and collaborator. You should have:

Strong IT skills and excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite.
A polite and professional telephone manner with a customer-first mindset.
The ability to work diplomatically with stakeholders at all levels.
A structured, detail-oriented approach to work with excellent time management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Experience with ServiceNow, especially Workplace Service Delivery.
Familiarity with the ServiceNow SPM module and agile methodologies (desirable).
Working knowledge of database management and solid analytical skills.
