The Finance Department is responsible for maintaining control over corporate finances, capital investments, and related risks. We provide the Board and the wider organization with critical insights through sound financial administration, reporting, and advisory on legislation and regulations. Additionally, we manage financial applications and oversee the integrity and quality of organizational data.

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is responsible for the "Create Insights" pillar within Finance. In this role, you will ensure a "single version of the truth" for data to provide reliable information and valuable, fact-based scenarios.

As a Data & Reporting Specialist, you are responsible for the management of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system (OneStream) within Finance. Your primary focus will be the Capex Cube. You will ensure system functionality, real-time reporting, and quality assurance while contributing to the automation of the Plan to Forecast (P2F) process.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Management: Oversee frameworks, authorizations, and technical health of OneStream XF to ensure seamless operation.

• Data Integrity: Maintain a single version of truth to deliver reliable financial and non-financial insights.

• Process Automation: Drive automated forecasting in the Capex Cube for Latest Estimate and Budget cycles.

• Complex Reporting: Analyze intricate information issues and facilitate standard and customized reporting.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the EPM environment.

• Strategic Analysis: Perform statistical analyses and advise on bottlenecks, risks, and potential solutions based on data trends.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Insight Controllers to develop customized reports that meet specific business needs.

• Education: University-level working and thinking skills.

• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience in data management or financial reporting.

• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with OneStream software and financial software management is essential.

• Tooling Expertise: Strong command of technology and BI tools, including PowerBI, SQL, and BI-Publisher.

• Analytical Rigor: Excellent skills in statistical and visual information; you are experimental in combining data sets to find new insights.

• Business Acumen: The ability to translate complex business issues into relevant reports and analyses.

• Technical Skills (Plus): Experience with Visual Basic (VB.Net) or C# is a significant advantage.
