Site Manager - Ashford, Kent - Residential New Build

Our client are a main contractor with sites in and around Kent, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage the build of 2 RC Frame blocks of 34 apartments in Ashford, Kent. Project is to start in July 2025 and run for 80 weeks.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

* Ordering of Labour

* Managing trades on site

* Ordering of Materials

* Identify and resolve any issues with the project

* To be a point of contact for our client.

Skills/ Qualifications required:

* SMSTS

* CSCS Card

* First Aid Certificate

* Previous RC Frame & Residential Build experience
