Warehouse Supervisor

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of our logistic companies based in Cullompton.

Our client is looking for an Experienced Supervisor to join the team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the day manager, you will oversee the team of employed and Subcontract Drivers including Planning and Debrief, ensuring all parcels are correctly loaded to the Vehicles.

Covering various roles within the admin office to support our customer relations.

Ensure a safe working environment to comply with Company policy and health and Safety regulations.

Working in a team, ensuring full compliance, and leading by example.

Skills/capability

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills

· Good interpersonal skills

· Strong IT skills

· Operational process knowledge

Good at establishing working relationships and developing personal contacts.

· Good analytical and commercial awareness

· No qualifications needed for the role.

· All training will be provided.

1 year experience within a similar role.

Schedule:

• Night shift 06.00am - 18.00pm
• 4 on 4 off shift pattern
