Our Client, Salford Council, is seeking a Team Manager to join their Children's Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

• Complete Section 17 assessments to understand a child’s needs.
• Create and review CIN Plans with the family and professionals.
• Provide support to improve parenting, routines, safety, and wellbeing.
• Coordinate with schools, health, and family support services.
• Monitor risk and escalate concerns if they increase.
• Maintain clear, timely case records and visit regularly.

Requirements of this role:

• 
  • Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
• 
  •Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
• Must have minimum of 3 years experience working as a Qualified social worker in a similar team
