About the Role:

As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional service, strong commercial results, and a positive, motivated team culture. You'll lead by example, helping to shape an environment where customers feel connected and employees feel inspired.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive day-to-day store performance with a focus on exceptional service

Motivate and develop the team to meet and exceed sales goals

Ensure excellence in operational standards, stock processes, and visual merchandising

Represent brand values with authenticity, professionalism, and energy

Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous team development

What You Bring:

Previous experience in retail leadership, ideally in premium fashion, lifestyle, or outerwear
