Prepper / Polisher - Walton-On-Thames - £30,000 DOE

Workforce Partners have an exciting opportunity for a skilled sander and polisher to join a well established company in the Walton-On-Thames area. Our client specializes in providing fine decorative finishes to a range of luxury clients throughout the Automotive, Marine, Aviation and other bespoke industries.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience sanding/prepping and polishing a range of surfaces to a high level, with strong attention to detail and pride in their work

Role/Responsibilities

* Work collaboratively within a team on a range of high end products

* Preparing a range of surfaces for paint including sanding and cleaning panels

* Follow and maintain processes to ensure a high quality finish and customer satisfaction

* Polishing finalized products to remove any imperfections

Experience/Attributes

* High attention to detail

* Understanding of the prep and polish process to a high level

* Ability to work as a team and individually, following instructions from the shop manager to maintain processes

* 1-2 years experience in a similar role
