Profile
We are looking for an Offshore Contracts Manager to be responsible for managing all contractual administration and reporting of our Offshore Phase 2 High Voltage Equipment and Marine Surveys Packages.

Experience
At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in contracts management of large offshore wind required.

Education

· At least bachelor's degree qualification in Supply Chain Management /Engineering /Business/ Law or equivalent.

Skills & Responsibilities

· Contract management experience throughout the life cycle of large offshore wind project, including contract change management and contract claim management.

· Extensive knowledge and proven experience of managing contracts for Offshore Wind Electrical projects (Offshore & Onshore High Voltage Equipment and Export Cables - FEED & EPCI).

· Knowledge of Marine Operations and Marine Survey (desirable).

· Experience managing ITT processes for contracts in offshore wind sector (Supply, T&I, EPCI, TSA, SMA).

· Robust understanding and proven experience of using FIDIC yellow and silver forms of contracts (essential) and LOGIC (desirable).

· Knowledge of utilities and/or experience of public sector tendering.

· Knowledge of Supply Chain Contract management fundamentals, best practices, and industry trends.

· Knowledge of procurement and contract management tools, platforms and processes.

· Understanding of the financial analysis and reporting of project budgets.

· Develop and define tender package contract strategy in liaison with key business functions to ensure organisation requirements are fully met.
