Our client, one of the UK's leading banks is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Mortgages Service team in Sheffield.
This role in our Mortgage Service team is a great way to start a rewarding career with us. After a customer agrees a mortgage with Lloyds Banking Group, you'll be the friendly voice at the end of the phone, ready to answer questions they might have before their mortgage is finalised.
We'll provide all the training you need to do an excellent job, plus regular coaching and support to help you keep growing with our service. From first time buyers, to homeowners moving to a new deal, you'll take pride in providing all sorts of people with world-class customer service. Answering their queries about payments, statements and more, you'll have a role that matters.
To join us, you'll need to be a supportive team player who always seeks to understand customer's individual needs and interests. You know that the secret of great communication is careful listening and clear explanations. You're confident using a computer, preparing paperwork and completing basic calculations and data analysis. Crucially, you're always keen to go the extra mile - from the help you offer customers and colleagues, to the effort you put into developing your product knowledge, skills and expertise.
Flextra. 30-40 hours per week. Shifts between Monday to Saturday, between 8am to 10pm over 5 days per week. Max 45% weekend days per 8 weeks.
