About the Role:

As a Senior Social Worker in our Corporate Parenting Team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for children and young people in care. You'll lead on complex cases, provide support and guidance to less experienced team members, and work collaboratively with partners to promote stability, emotional well-being, and long-term planning for our young people.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England

*

Significant post-qualifying experience in children's social care, ideally within looked-after children or leaving care services

*

Strong understanding of care planning, pathway planning, and the needs of care-experienced young people

*

Ability to build trusting relationships and advocate effectively for young people

*

Skilled in managing complex cases with a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach
