Our client is currently seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join their busy site in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role within a well-established business, driving efficiency and motivating a dedicated warehouse team.

Job Title: Warehouse Team Manager

Location: Slough

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: 06:00 - 15:00, 09:00 - 18:00, 13:00 - 22:00

The role includes some weekend work, which works out 1 out of 5 weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth running of all processes
• Lead, manage, and support warehouse staff across shift patterns
• Monitor performance and ensure targets, KPIs, and safety standards are met
• Coordinate goods in/out, stock control, and order accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and H&S regulations
• Work closely with senior management to implement improvements and drive productivity

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of warehouse systems and processes
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage shift operations
• Flexibility to work across set shift patterns
