Job Title: Temporary Finishing Foreman - New Build Care Home

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for a temporary assignment to oversee the final stages of a new build care home project. This role requires someone to start immediately, ensuring the highest quality of finishes and that all final tasks are completed on time.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate finishing works, ensuring high-quality standards
Manage trades and subcontractors on-site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
Conduct quality checks, snagging, and handovers, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications
Work closely with site managers and project teams to address any issues promptlyRequirements:

Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on similar new build projects
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
