An established Quantity Surveying consultancy that works closely with high-net-worth individuals on multi-million-pound projects is seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor (or Senior QS) for their Bath office.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved on several high, private projects including a high-end residential project in a beautiful country setting, as well as a private art gallery.

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall carry out a mix of pre and post contract tasks, as well as some contract administration - all done alongside a close-knit team with an enjoyable work environment.

The Quantity Surveyor

* Completed a Quantity Surveying degree

* 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience

* Able to commute to Bath / Driving licence

* Basic pre and post contract knowledge

* Previously worked within a PQS / Cost Consultancy environment
