Lead design and feasibility for structural projects
Manage projects and support technical staff development
Mentor and guide non‑chartered engineers
Assist resource planning and project resourcing reports
Ensure design safety, regulatory compliance, and robust risk assessments
Contribute to team growth through networking and new client relationships

Ideally Chartered status (CEng, MICE or MIStructE)
Strong technical expertise and high design standards
