Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking an Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is looking to add to their team in Kings Hill, adding an Administrator on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' administration experience, and will be looking to progress their career in this field ideally within the Financial Services industry.

The ideal candidate will have a good level of administrative experience, be a strong communicator and possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide timely and accurate responses to inbound emails and telephone calls

* Complete clients checks

* Review and manage internal spreadsheets

* Send letters and emails to clients

* Liaise with other departments in the business

* Manage internal email inboxes

* Complete administrative duties with a high level of accuracy at all times

Key Experience:

* A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar administration role

* Confident liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels

* Strong accuracy and attention to detail at all times

* Confident computer skills

* Excellent customer service experience, confident working on the phone

* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
