We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Management / Facilities Assistant to join a primary school team in Rochester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with relevant site or facilities experience to support a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained school environment. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities to develop your skills further.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the school site, ensuring health, safety, and security standards are met

• Assist with maintenance, repairs, and general facilities tasks

• Support school events and activities

• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in site management, facilities, or maintenance

• Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
