GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for coordinating the overall daily operations of the physician’s office in order to ensure steady workflow and uninterrupted service. To supervise all aspects of staffing, the physician's schedules, front desk operations, ordering medical and office supplies, and daily reconciliation of charge and payment entries. These office managers need to supervise all physician office staff.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS: High School Diploma required 3 + years of related experience required, Associate Degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced medical provider setting. Must have prior management experience in a physician’s office. Outstanding computer, telephone, communication and organizational skills.

Prior EMR experience a plus.
