We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator on a part time basis (two days per week - Thursday and Friday), to join a busy team working onsite in Banbury. Your primary focus will be to process customer orders in a timely fashion, to meet and exceed customer expectations whilst delivering outstanding customer service at all times.

As Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Accurately placing customer orders using the email management system
Reviewing and accurately entering details as per the customers purchase orders
Managing incoming online orders
Demonstrating excellent attention to detail
Meeting data accuracy targets in relation to order entry and account contact creation
Maintaining a strong knowledge of the company and product ranges

As Customer Service Administrator, the skills you will need:

Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working in a quieter environment
Highly organised and focused
Excellent standards of attention to detail and accuracy
Worked in a fast-paced team, able to multi task and work well under pressure
Strong organisational skills, and able to manage workloads whilst prioritising
Flexibility to work additional hours to support the team, when needed
