Job Title: Quality Production Operatives
Location: Ryde, Isle of Wight
Pay Rate: £13.84 per hour

Pertemps Isle of Wight are recruiting for our client in Ryde who are seeking Quality Production Operatives to join their busy production team.

The Role:As a Quality Production Operative, you'll be working with high-quality wheels, carefully inspecting and finishing products to the highest standard. This involves:

Operating machinery to spin wheels and remove blemishes.

Checking products for faults or imperfections.

Ensuring all finished items meet strict quality standards.

Working as part of a close-knit production team to meet targets and deadlines.

Shifts Available:We are recruiting two people for the following shifts:

Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00

Late Shift: 14:00 - 22:00

*One person for each shift Monday-Friday.

**Early finish on a Friday.

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on role.

A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality work.

Good hand-eye coordination and a methodical approach.

Reliability, punctuality, and a positive team attitude.
