You'll be the go-to for on-site safety support, ensuring compliance, conducting audits, and driving a proactive safety culture. This is a great opportunity for an experienced H&S professional ready to step into a more senior role with real autonomy.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Site inspections, audits & reporting

Compliance with HSE legislation & CDM regs

Supporting incident investigations

Coaching teams & promoting best practice

✅ What You'll Need:

NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent

*

Experience in /highways/infrastructure

*

Strong communication & stakeholder skills

*

Full UK driving licence
